Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat that standard as a minimum rather than a finish line. Accessibility is reviewed whenever we change the site, not only at launch.

• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colours checked for contrast against their backgrounds.
• Descriptive alternative text on images, and labels on every form field.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width and remain usable at 200% zoom, without loss of content.
• Form errors described in text rather than by colour alone, and announced to assistive technology.
• No content that flashes, auto-plays audio, or moves without the ability to stop it.

Some elements are still being improved: the repayment amortisation table is dense on very small screens and is best read in landscape, and documents supplied by third-party lenders may not always meet the same standard as our own pages. If you meet a barrier on any part of this site, please tell us — we prioritise reported issues.

You never have to use the online form to obtain finance from us. We can provide documents in large print, plain text, or as an accessible PDF at no cost, and we will allow additional time wherever a deadline would otherwise disadvantage you.

Email enquiry@tcomlenders.biz with the heading "Accessibility" and describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We acknowledge within three business days and aim to resolve or offer a workaround within ten. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate under the accessibility and equality legislation applying in your jurisdiction, including the Equality Act 2010 in the United Kingdom.
